Bill was a special friend and neighbor. We enjoyed many vacations with Bill & Louise, playing cards and games, eating out, and socializing. Bill was one we could depend on and one who always looked out for us. He loved the Cajun cooking, BBQ, and Fried Fish. He was more than a friend, and we considered him as a family member. We will miss him forever, but not the call when Alabama beat LSU.

We are sorry to hear about Bill’s passing. We sat on the pew in front of him and Louise for many years at Monroe First UMC. Bill was always so kind and a true gentleman. He will be missed.

Forever grateful to have been your granddaughter and to have spent the last year and a half with you. Your love, guidance, and gentle spirit will stay with me always. Rest peacefully, Pawpaw. You are so deeply loved and missed.
