Grew up across the street in Good Hope, I knew George and his siblings all my life. So sad to hear of his passing. My condolences to Eleanor and his family. Sanders was also my father-in-law, he thought the world of George.

I grew up across the road from George, Preston and Linda. I loved going over to their house to see the baby calves. I especially remember good times with Linda swinging on the front porch swing. George served many years on the Hospital Board of Authority. I respected him very much.
