My sweet grandma, losing you has left a hole in our hearts that nothing can ever fill. You were the quiet strength in our lives, the one who held us together with your gentle love and unwavering faith. It hurts knowing you’ll never hold your great-grandbabies again here on earth, never smile at them the way you smiled at all of us. But they will know you. I will remind them every day through our stories, through the love you poured into this family, and through the warmth you left behind. We weren’t ready to say goodbye. We never would have been. You are missed more than words could ever express. We love you so so much. My beautiful Angel.

To know Alice was to love Alice. At first meeting, I thought that she was different than who she really was, until I actually got to know her. The longer I had gotten to know Alice the more I admired her, looked up to her, and loved her. She was the backbone of her family and one of the strongest women I’ve ever known. Her faith in God was unwavering, and she was a very God-fearing woman. She was one of the most selfless people I’ve known, and sacrificed so much just to know the ones she loved were happy and ok. I have no doubt that she is present with the Lord right now, celebrating with the loved ones that have passed before us. If I can be half the woman Alice was, then I would consider myself blessed. She truly was an inspiration to all. The love she showed and had for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren was so powerful that its Ineffable. She will be deeply missed by so many, but the wonderful memories she gave everyone will live on forever. Her spirit and legacy remain alive, as we will always carry her in our hearts. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to tell Alice how much I truly appreciated her, how thankful I was for the things she did for my children, and for the sacrifices she made. I pray that she knew these things. I love you Alice, thank you for being the woman you were, and you will always be missed. ❤️
