Ricky was my brother. My earliest memories are playing hours in a sand box with toy cars we got out of a cereal box. We played a lot of neighborhood football and baseball. We wore out some bicycles. Going to miss him.

I've always considered myself an honorary Adcock, having lived around the curve on Victory Dr, and loving the entire Shumate/Adcock family. A huge part of that meant having Ricky in my life as well. He took great pleasure in scaring us girls whenever we decided to watch a scary movie, or aggravating us to no end, every chance he got! I can still hear his laughter!
I know that he will be greatly missed.
