OBITUARY

Mary “Elaine” Meadows, 74 finally decided she had heard enough bad advice and moved on to whatever adventure comes next on Friday June 12, 2026. Born February 1, 1952 to Jay and Bush Meadows, raised alongside her sister Jayne, Elaine approached life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and absolutely no fear. 

Mother to Jenifer Parham and Will & Brittany Pannell, Grandmother to Justin Parham, Josh & Julianna Parham, Savannah Pannell, Mattie Pannell, and great grandmother to Magnolia Parham. 

She laughed loudly, loved fiercely, and lived exactly how she pleased. Those who knew Elaine know that she never met a conversation she couldn’t join, a bargain she couldn’t justify, or a man she couldn’t eventually decide she was better off without. She leaves behind a family who adore her, friends who will miss her dearly, and 6 ex husbands who are undoubtedly checking the obituary to make sure its really true. In honor of Elaine, stop at a thrift shop, buy the thing you don’t need, tell a good story, and never settle for a life that bores you. “Dammit man”
