OBITUARY

Steve Lee Slaton, age 66 of Covington, passed away on April 2, 2026.  He was born on December 31, 1959 to the late Hebert Slaton and the late Dot Meadows Slaton. 

Surviving are wife, Connie Peters Slaton; sons, Ben Slaton and Josh Slaton; bonus- daughter, Kristen Hadaway; bonus-sons, Alex Hudson and Andy Hudson; sister, Mary Ellen Norris; 8 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday April 17th at Meadows Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.  A Memorial service will be held on Friday April 17th at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev. Lee Peters officiating.
