Benjamin Franklin Stamey, Jr., of Social Circle, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. He was born in North Carolina, on July 15, 1943, to the late Ida Mozelle Hoffman Stamey and the late Benjamin Franklin Stamey, Sr.

   He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ricky Stamey.

   Frank is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Terrie Collins Stamey; sons, Michael Wayne Stamey (Lora), Benjamin Richard Stamey (Dana); grandchildren, Jessica Joyner (Blake), Heather Eidson (Justin), Erin Stamey; great grandchild, Waylon Eidson; the mother of Jessica and Heather, Anna Duncan Stamey; sister-in-law, Melissa Stamey; many beloved extended family members and friends.

   A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, November 8th 2025, at The First Baptist Church of Social Circle, with Pastor Mike Hardy officiating.
