Vivian Jackson Israel, age 73, of Monroe, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 18, 2025. She was born in Monroe on October 25, 1951, to the late Agnes Hannay and the late Joseph Noble Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Noble Jackson; and her brother-in-law, Kelly Kimbro.

Vivian is survived by her loving daughter, Jo Ellen Colee (Joe); her sons, David Israel and Charles Israel (Natasha); her cherished grandchildren, Hayden Colee, Dalton Colee (Paityn), and Summer Colee; her beloved great-grandson, Noah Colee; and her sister, Lou Kimbro.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Meadows Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home. Interment will take place immediately after the service at Hill Haven Memory Gardens.

Vivian will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose strength, generosity, and love left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
