OBITUARY

Joyce Ann Partain, age 78 of Monroe, died on April 23, 2010. She was born in Monroe, GA on February 4, 1932 to the late Arthur M. Partain and the late Ruby Fuller Partain. She was preceded in death by her sister, the late Alice Kathryn Young. Surviving are, Nephew, Niece, and Several Cousins Funeral Services were held on Sunday April 25th at 3:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Swafford officiating. Interment followed at Cox Family Cemetery. Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
