OBITUARY

Thelma June Mathis entered into eternal rest and the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 23, 2023. She leaves behind her sons: Steve and Dennis; daughter: Sherry; 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Tommy; sons: Terry and Kenneth 'Coot'. She entered heaven's gates to a family reunion of pure joy. She was the last living among her six sisters. She embodied kindness, compassion and love to her family and many friends and will be missed dearly.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Sorrells Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Jace Milligan officiating.
