OBITUARY

Vernon Wesley Matthews, Jr., age 75 of Monroe, passed away on March 26, 2022. Mr. Matthews was born on March 09,1947 to the late Carolyn Frey Matthews and the late Vernon Wesley Matthews, Sr.

Surviving members of his family are, loving wife, Doris Matthews; sons and daughters-in-law, Jamie and Valorie Matthews, Rusty Matthews and Angela Barnes; sisters, Nancy Swindle and Barbara Meeks; brothers, Bobby Matthews and Fred Matthews.
