OBITUARY

Ottis R. Casper, age 83, of Monroe, died on October 14, 2018. He was born in Athens, GA on July 8, 1935 to the late Eula Mae Weatherford Casper and the late Ottis Richard Casper.
He was preceded in death by his son, the late Dexter Casper; and brothers: the late Bennie Casper, the lat e William Casper, and the late Jimmy Casper.

Surviving are: wife, Nancy T. Casper of Monroe; daughter, Karen Casper of Monroe; sister, Carol Huff of Athens; brother and sisters in law, Rayburn and Carole Casper of Monroe, and Rachel Casper of Monroe.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 11:00 am at Campton United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Draper officiating. Interment will follow at Campton United Methodist Church Cemetery.
