OBITUARY

Betty Louise Tomlin Rivers, age 97 of Monroe, passed away on March 22, 2025.  She was born on December 4, 1927 in Porterdale, GA to the late Syble Lee Hale Tomlin and the late William Henry Tomlin.  She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Henry Clifford Rivers.

Surviving are, sons and daughter in law, Henry “Hank” and Angela Rivers, Randy Rivers; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 27th at 11:00 AM at Center Hill Baptist Church of Gratis with the Rev. Steve Moon officiating.  Interment will follow at Center Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to: Southwest Christian Care, 7225 Lester Road, Union City, Georgia 30291-2316 or Center Hill Baptist Church, 2940 Gratis Road, Monroe, Georgia 30656.
