OBITUARY

Sue Ellen Walden, age 74, of Oxford passed away on December 31, 2024. She was born in Auburn, Georgia to the late Helen Bentley Wilbanks and the late Walter Lee Wilbanks.

Surviving are husband: Larry Samuel Walden, sons: Jason Lee Walden (Toisha Phelps Walden), Frankie Shane Walden; sisters: Betty Buffington, Joyce Bentley, Brenda Kennedy, Patsy Coleman; grandchildren: Hunter Bailee Walden (Erika Scott Walden), Austin Blane Walden, Raylee Elizabeth Walden, Brandon Treyce Walden, Matthew Chance Walden; great grandchildren: Ellie Grace Walden, Austin Miles Adams.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Meadows Funeral Home from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm on Friday, January 3, 2024 at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hill Haven Memory Garden.
