Obituary

Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Stewart Simmons, passed away peacefully in her Loganville, GA home on February 6, 2023. Born November 13, 1957 in Memphis, Tennessee, Cindy was preceded in death by her mother Silvia Shaver; father, Charles E. Pittman; and late husband, Michael Howard Oxford. A mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Cindy is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Oxford; her son, Joey Oxford (Michelle) all of LaGrange, Ga, her sister, Sandy (Marty) Harp of Monroe, GA; her brother, Chuck (Teresa) Pittman of Loganville, GA; her grandchildren, Brennan (Ariel) Satterwhite, Braxton Satterwhite, MiKayla Speer, Taylor Duffey, Brayden Oxford, Jayden Oxford, Kollier Oxford, Paisley Oxford; her great granddaughter, Brynlee Satterwhite all of LaGrange, GA ; her niece, Shelbi Pittman; her nephews, Luke Harp and Case Harp. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 12:00pm at Annie Mary Baptist Church with Dr. James "Buster" Brown officiating. Interment will follow to Annie Mary Baptist Church Cemetery.
