Message: | My deepest sympathy to the Jay Yates family. From our school days when we saw each other every day, to the times we got together after, they are great memories I'll carry for the rest of my life. Rest easy my brother and friend. I'll miss you. |

Name: | Frank B Holmes / Servant Of The Lord |
Message: | I want to say how sorry I am in the passing of Jay. I have prayed for him often over the 30+ years that I Have known him. I first met him at Rehoboth Baptist Church, Jay has always had a great sense of humor and was funny, but he was also serious. I will miss this brother in Christ. I will miss running into him at Walmart or one of the local businesses in the Monroe area, but most of all i will miss his forethought and prayers and love for the Lord in these last days of his life on this earth.
My prayers will continue to be with the Yarborough's and the Yates and especially Debbie. I truly sorry you had to go through this storm, but going through one very similar i know that God will give you comfort and peace. I would have loved to come to his home going but I hope you understand that my health is not that great, but i will be rejoicing with you and my brothers in this celebration of eternal life for Jay.
God bless you and may His peace and comfort be all around you in Jesus Name, Amen! |
