Arlie Maxine Murphy Stephens, age 92 of Social Circle, passed away on February 7, 2019. She was born in Strunk, KY on August 3, 1926 to the late Arnold Murphy and the late Flora Johnson Murphy. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late James Leon Stephens, and her daughter, the late Sharon Harris. Surviving are: Daughters and Sons in Law, Susan and Ron Brooks of Mesquite, TX, Jane and Steve Haulk of Social Circle, Emmie and Michael Wallace of Conyers; Son and Daughter in Law, Jim and Deborah Stephens of Clarksville, TN; 9 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday February 12th at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden in College Park. Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
